Hanvon - Setup Your Hard Drive & Folders

One Good thing i have found with the Hanvon is the way the hard drive is partition,
i know most might not like this,
but reason i find it really good is one main reason,
anything you have backed up onto the D: drive stays there even after doing a fresh install,

So how i have set up the hard drive is as follows
go into my computer,
expand the list on the left hand side,
Right click on the my document folder click on properties,
now the document properties window will open,
now tap on the location tab,
Tap on the move button and move the folder over to the D: drive,
do this for the Music,Video and Pictures folder,
once done all the location of the document/music/video and pictures will be on the D:,
which now make them really safe,

now if by chance your mate or kids ever hit the hotkey on start up and accidentally restore the system,
your Documents/Pictures/Music and Video will remain safe on the D: Drive...

  1. Good tip,
    I just tried it out,
Was trying out so many different software that the system was bloated,
So easy option restored the system,
Back my stuff up and also left it on the d drive,
And after restore it was still there...
